Craig Buck

Director

Craig began his professional career in 1990 as a junior Architectural Technologist at Grimshaw Townsend Architects, the forerunner to The Intelligent Design Centre. In 2006, the merger of Grimshaw and Townsend saw Craig become the senior Technical Design Manager at DAC’s office in Accrington. Craig joined John Dickinson and John Pickup in 2011 to establish The Intelligent Design Centre. Craig is IDC’s Technical Director and prides himself on his ability as a problem-solver. The delivery of quality architecture is increasingly reliant upon a technical understanding of construction at an early stage in the process, so combined with IDC’s focus on sustainable architecture, Craig’s skills are an essential part of the process.
